Coaching

Coaching is now seen by many managers as offering a more effective way to influence attitude and skills and therefore overall performance.

We offer coaching services that can be incorporated into a conventional training course as a 'skills practice' session, or one-to-one carried out in the dealership.

Either way it is possible to bring about measurable improvements in awareness on the part of the delegate who can then understand

Roleplay

A high proportion of our roleplay actors have extensive experience in playing motor trade roles, for example customers or employees, and then offering relevant feedback.
