The complete outsource solution
BMW Sales Certification Programme 2004-5
One of Trainerpool’s major UK clients is BMW (UK) Limited. In June 2004 Andy Collett (MD of Trainerpool) was awarded a 12-month contract to provide a complete outsourced solution to BMW and its dealership sales staff in the UK. The brief was to successfully launch and deliver a range of certification courses for BMW and MINI sales executives, around 1500 people in total.
The contract included:
- Setting up and staffing a dedicated office at Hartham Park in Wiltshire
- Dispatching 1500 sets of delegate pre-course work, each at the right time
- Managing course bookings and changes
- Pre-course on-line testing of delegate knowledge
- Booking and managing venues
- Booking trainers, coaches & roleplay actors
- Capturing feedback
- Monthly reporting to client
- Measurement of ROI
- Accrediting successful delegates
- Recruiting and inducting new trainers, coaches & roleplay actors to the programme
- Regular communication
- Resource management
